Camp Cuts AKA Alex Jones is an Osteopath who loves to play a few tunes.
In his late teens he was lucky to be friends with the likes of DJ Touché form The Wiseguys and Adam Freeland and loved nothing more than dancing the night away at Woody’s or the Carwash night at Le Scandale.
Memorable nights at The Africa Centre, The Hacienda and PSV clubs were just as important as live gigs like Sly & Robbie, George Benson and Pink Floyd.
Heavily influenced by the beautiful sounds of New Zealand dub from Fat Freddy’s Drop and Salmonella Dub, Alex always seeks to inject real instruments into his sets and keep things FUNKY!
Alex has been DJing at House of Honey gigs from the welcome tent at Kimberley to the Loft Studios, Steel Yard and GIVE for nearly 20years and feels blessed to know his tribe!
